Web design services that were selected & agreed by the client

Webmaster/Designer charges $100 on any extra hour spent for the additional request(s) by Client. (See details below)
If no maintenance plan is purchased or the requested service is not covered by maintenance plan, the Client agrees to compensate the Designer an amount of $100 per hour and the Designer agrees to invoice the Client for the total amount of hours worked and other expenses at the end of each month. If a maintenance plan is purchased/agreed to, any hours exceeding the allocated number of hours, specified within the maintenance plan, will be billed to the Client on a monthly basis.
The Designer may incur costs (including but not limited to travel, lodging, and other costs incidental to the services) for which it shall be reimbursed by the Client. The Web Designer will obtain approval from the Client prior to incurring any such costs.
The Parties agree that in the event that the invoices are not paid by the client within ten (10) days of receiving them, the Designer will be entitled to charge a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.
If the client decides to sign up for additional or continuous service, a separate contract and pricing will be made.
This agreement may be terminated by the mutual agreement of the parties.
In the event of termination, Client shall pay Designer for the Services performed through the
date of termination in the amount of a prorated portion of the fees due. Client shall pay all
Expenses, Fees, and Additional Costs incurred through the date of termination.
