Getting Project Started
Project starting questions; Timeline, Pricing, Payments, Information transfer, and more.
There are a lot of factors that can play a role in the timeline and it is based on the complexity and customizations needed for your project. It is difficult to determine how long a web development project will take, especially if the scope of work changes and/or major edits or revisions are required during the process. On average, we estimate a six to eight week turnaround and we strive to provide you with the fastest way possible to complete your project.
We require an upfront, non-refundable deposit of 1/2 price prior to starting your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion/approval of the project.
We prefer that payment be made via wire transfer, however, we also accept checks and PayPal payments for all major credit and debit cards. Please note if paying by check, we will not start working on your project until payment clears our bank.

When it comes to emailing issues, Webmaster’s responsibilities are outlined as very limited unless our web agency offered the email service and is getting paid directly by the client for the service. Webmaster can deal with the issue by contacting the client’s email provider, on their behalf of the client, and will work with the provider to try to resolve the issue. Client will be billed on the hourly rate for the time spent attempting and/or resolving the issue.
At first, we ask you to fill our initial web content intake form.
We also typically work with our customers who intend to have products to display or sell by providing them with a detailed product inventory spreadsheet for them to complete at the start of the project.
You have 2 revisions before finalizing your web project with us. There are any additional costs for further revisions depends on the changes you requested.
